Section XXVII Orphans and Infants' not chargeable to Subsidies.

Provided alwayes and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That noe Orphan or Infant within the age of One and twenty yeares borne within any of the Kings Majestyes Dominions shall be charged to any payment of these Subsidyes for his or their Goods or Chattells to him or her left or bequeathed Any thing in this Act contained to the contrary not withstanding
