  "text": "And bee it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the whole Management or Ordering of the said Duties on Tobacco both as to the Entry and the Accompt therof bee made dureing the Continuance of this Act (except where it is otherwise hereby directed) conformable to the Methods and Rules of the Customs.",
