# Taxation (No. 2) Act 1697, Section LXI: No Person liable, whose Lands are under Yearly Value of 20s.


Provided that no Person shall be charged with or liable to the Pound Rate imposed by this Act upon Lands Tenements or Hereditaments whose Lands Tenements or Hereditaments are not of the yearely Value of Twenty Shillings in the whole.
