# Taxation (No. 2) Act 1697, Section XLII: Persons to be rated for Offices at Places where executed.


Provided also That every Person rated or assessed for his. Office or Imployment shall be rated & pay for this Office or Imployment in the County City or Place where the same shall be exercised.
