Section V Commissioners appointed.

And bee it further Enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That for the better Assessing Ordering Levying and Collecting of the severall Summes of Money soe as aforesaid limitted and appointed to be Paid and for the more effectuall putting of this present Act in Execution all and every the Persons hereafter named shall be Commissioners of and for the severall and respective Counties Cities Burroughes Townes and Places hereafter mentioned.
