# Taxation (No. 3) Act 1688, Section XXII: All Places to pay and be assessed in such County, &c. as heretofore.


Provided alwayes and bee it further Declared and Enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That for the avoiding all Obstructions and Delayes in Assessing and Collecting the Sums which by this Act are to be Rated and Assessed all Places Constablewicks Divisions and Allotments which have used to be Rated and Assessed shall Pay and be Assessed in such County Hundred Rape Wapentake Constablewicke Division Place and Allotment as the same hath heretofore usually beene Assessed in and not elsewhere.
