  "text": "Provided alwayes and bee it Enacted That every Rate Tax or Assessment which shall be made or imposed by vertue of this Act in respect of any House or Tenement which an Embassador Resident Agent or other publick Minister of any Forreigne Prince or State now doth or shall hereafter Inhabite or Occupie shall be paid by the Landlord or Owner of the said House or Tenements respectively",
