  "text": "Commissioners to appoint Assessors and Collectors.; Duty of such Collectors.\nAnd bee it further Enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That in all Priviledged and other Places being Extraparochiall or not within any the Constablewicks or Precincts of the respective Assessors to be appointed by vertue of this Act (although in any Monethly or other Tax they have not been Assessed or Rated heretofore) the said Commissioners or any two or more of them shall and are hereby required to Nominate and Appoint two fitt Persons liveing in or neere the said Priviledged or other Places as aforesaid to be Assessors for the said Places and to make and returne their Assessments in like manner as by this Act is appointed in any Parish Tything or Place And alsoe to appoint one or more Collectors who are hereby required to Collect and Pay the same according to the Rates appointed by this Act for Collecting and Paying all Summes of Money payable by this Act",
