# Taxation (No. 3) Act 1688, Section XXXV: Commissioners to take the Oaths of c. 8. ante.


Provided alwayes and bee it Enacted That noe person shall be capeable of Acting as a Commissioner in the Execution of this Act before he shall have taken the Oathes appointed by an Act of this present Parlyament Entituled An Act for Abrogateing of the Oathes of Supremacy and Allegiance and Appointing other Oathes (which Oathes it shall be lawfull for any Two or more Commissioners to Administer and are hereby required to Administer to any other Commissioners)
