  "text": "Provided alwaies and be it enacted by the authority aforesaid, That all the Waterworks in the Burrough of Southwarke shall be rated and assessed by the Co[m]missioners and Assessors of the County of Surrey and not by the Co[m]missioners or Assessors of the City of London any thing herein before conteined to the contrary thereof notwithstanding:-",
