# Taxation (No. 3) Act 1694, Section LXIV: The like as to Westminster Water-works


Provided alwaies and be it enacted; That all the Waterworks in the City and Liberty of Westminster shall be rated and assessed by the Co[m]missioners and Assessors for the said City and Liberty and not by the Co[m]missioners or Assessors of the City of London any thing herein conteined to the contrary notwithstanding:-
