  "text": "Provided also and bee itt hereby declared That if itt happen that severall Tallies of Loane or Orders for Payment as aforesaid beare date or bee brought the same day to the Auditor of the Receipt to bee registred then itt shall bee interpreted noe undue preference which of those bee entred first soe he enters them all the same day.",
