# Taxation (No. 4) Act 1688, Section V: Commissioners under former Act to execute this Act.


And bee it further Enacted That all and every the Persons named and appointed to be Com[m]issioners for putting the said former Act in Execution shall be Commissioners for putting this present Act in Execution and shall respectively have and execute all Powers Authorities and Priviledges for and in relation to this present Act as they had and ought to have by and in relation to the said former Act.
