Section VI Ship, &c. taken by Connivance subject to the Duties of that Act.

Provided neverthelesse That if it shall appeare that such Shipp or Vessell with the loading thereof shall be seized or taken by Connivance or Collusion that then and in every such Case such French Goods so imported shall still be subject to pay the Duties imposed by the said recited Act Any thing in this Act to the contrary notwithstanding.
