  "text": "Provided always and bee it further enacted by the authority aforesaid That the weight meetage and admeasurement of all Coal or Culme brought to or landed in the Port of London or in any other Port or Place where there are sworne Coal Meeters shall bee taken by such Coal Meeters for the time being as now it is and they to give an account thereof upon Oath in manner aforesaid Any thing in this Act contained to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding.",
