  "text": "Penalty £100.\nAnd bee it further enacted That if any person or persons shall alter counterfeit or misapply any of the seals or marks now used and hereby required to bee used for the purposes aforesaid such Offender shall forfeit the su[m]m of One hundred pounds to such person or persons who shall sue for the same to bee recovered in like manner as is herein before mentioned.",
