  "text": "And bee it further Enacted That every Clergyman and every Preacher or Teacher in any Congregation whatsoever who hath not by vertue of the said recited Act paid as a Gentleman or for some higher Title and hath an Estate in any Ecclesiasticall Benefice or Contribution or otherwise to the value of Three hundred pounds shall pay as a Gentleman",
