  "text": "Provided always That it shall and may be lawfull for the Co[m]missioners of his Majesties Treasury or the Lord High Tresurer for the time being out of the Monies raised by this or the said recited Act to pay to the said Co[m]missioners their Clerks or any other Persons such Su[m]ms of Money as they or any of them shall or may reasonablie deserve for their Service or shall or may have expended in the Execution of or in relation to this or the said recited Act.",
