Section XXIV Proviso for Orphans and Infants.
Provided alwaies And be it enacted by the authority aforesaid that no X1Orphane or Infant within the age of one and twenty yeares borne within any the Kings Majesties Dominions shall be charged to the payment of any moneys by vertue of this act for his or theire goods or chattels to him or her left or bequeathed Any thing in this act contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
