# Taxation (No. 8) Act 1640, Section XXVIII: Treasurers not to pay any Money upon any other Warrant.


And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid that the said Treasurers shall not at all pay any su[m]m or su[m]ms of money to be by them received upon any other direction warrant or command whatsoever
