  "text": "Penalty.\nAnd be it further enacted That every Proprietor of such Rock Pits shall pay and clear off the Duties of all Rock-Salt and Salt-Rock so charged as aforesaid within Two days after such Charge was made or shall within the said Two Daies give Security to pay the same within Nine Months and every such Proprietor who shall not pay and clear off nor give Security to pay as aforesaid shall forfeit double the Value of the said Duties",
