  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make minor amendments to the Taxi Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.\nThey substitute the word “should” with “shall” in regulations 4(1) and 22(1) and omit the word “yellow” in regulation 25(2)(g).\nAn Explanatory Memorandum has been produced and is available from Road Safety and Vehicle Regulation Division, Department of the Environment, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Town Parks, Belfast BT2 8GB or online at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr.",
