  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make minor amendments to the Taxi Operators Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012, as a consequence of the Taxi Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.\nIn particular, the Regulations introduce a new requirement for additional information to be carried in a taxi providing executive service or a tour service (regulation 2(4)).\nThe Taxi Operators Licensing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 is revoked.\nAn Explanatory Memorandum and a Regulatory Impact Assessment have been produced and are available from Road Safety and Vehicle Regulation Division, Department of the Environment, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Town Parks, Belfast BT2 8GB or online at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr.",
