# Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, Section 47: Offences by corporations


Section 20(2) and (3) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33) (offences by corporations) shall apply to this Act as if the requirement for consent in subsection (3) were omitted.
