  "text": "(1) The Department may publish, in such form and manner as it thinks appropriate, information in connection with the provisions of this Act.\n(2) Before the Department publishes any such information under subsection (1), it shall take into consideration any recommendations made by the General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.",
