  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThis Order confers on the Teacher Training Agency the additional function of administering the scheme of paying grants to institutions providing initial teacher training courses for the purpose of providing training bursaries to students undertaking such courses. The scheme was established under the Education (Teacher Training Bursaries) (England) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/2622).",
