# The Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (England) Order 2005, Article 2: Conferring of additional function


The Secretary of State hereby confers on the Teacher Training Agency the additional function of administering any arrangements made by her under Part 2 of the Education Act 2002 for the provision of incentive payments to school teachers who teach a subject in respect of which there is a shortage of teachers.
