# The Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (England) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order confers on the Teacher Training Agency the additional function of administering arrangements made by the Secretary of State for the provision of incentive payments to teachers of subjects in respect of which there is a shortage of teachers.
