Article 2

In article 2(1) of the Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (No. 2) Order 2000^f1 the definition of “graduate teacher” shall be amended as follows.

At the end of sub-paragraph (b) replace “; and” with “, or” and insert the following sub-paragraph after that sub-paragraph—

“(c)

participates in an employment-based teacher training scheme pursuant to paragraph 19 of Part IV of Schedule 2 to those Regulations; and”.
