  "text": "In the definition of “graduate teacher” in article 2(1), substitute the following sub-paragraph for sub-paragraph (b) —\n“(b) participates in an employment-based teacher training scheme referred to in paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Education (School Teachers' Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 or undertakes teacher training as if for the purposes of that paragraph by virtue of paragraph 5 or 6 of Schedule 1 to those Regulations; and”;\nand omit sub-paragraph (c).",
