# The Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 4


In the definition of “graduate teacher” in article 2(1), substitute the following sub-paragraph for sub-paragraph (b) —
“(b) participates in an employment-based teacher training scheme referred to in paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Education (School Teachers' Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 or undertakes teacher training as if for the purposes of that paragraph by virtue of paragraph 5 or 6 of Schedule 1 to those Regulations; and”;
and omit sub-paragraph (c).
