  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confers on the Teacher Training Agency the additional functions of giving financial assistance to any persons for the purpose of providing training for higher level teaching assistants, providing related services and activities, providing information and advice to the Secretary of State, approving training and providers of training and awarding higher level teaching assistant status to persons who have met the appropriate standards.",
