  "text": "In addition to their other functions the Teacher Training Agency may approve persons for the purpose of carrying out the assessment of candidates seeking exemption from induction requirements in accordance with paragraph 17 of Schedule 1 to the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 1999.",
