# The Teachers’ Disciplinary (England) Regulations 2012, Regulation 4: Teachers’ standards

Any decision made under these Regulations may take into account any failure by a teacher to comply with the personal and professional conduct standards set out in part two of “Teachers’ Standards” published by the Secretary of State in July 2011.
