# The Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 12: Amendment to regulation 150 (Annual rate of child pension: short term)


In paragraph (2)(a) and (b) of regulation 150 substitute for the definition of “EC”—
“EC is the number of D’s eligible children;”.
