# The Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 25: Amendment to regulation 219 (Employment records)


In paragraph (2)(b) of regulation 219 after “pensionable earnings” insert “including any money value of residential benefits in kind forming part of P’s pensionable earnings under regulation 38 (Money value of residential benefits in kind to form part of pensionable earnings)”.
