in paragraph 5, for “sub-paragraph (1)” in sub-paragraph (5) substitute “sub-paragraph (4)”;

in paragraph 10(a), after “Academy”, insert “school, alternative provision Academy,”;

in paragraph 25(a), before “the Public Service” insert “the scheme constituted in” and after “Pensions Regulations 2014” insert “or one of its connected schemes”; and

after paragraph 34, insert—
