# The Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 32: Amendment to paragraph 1 (Interpretation) of Schedule 3 (Transitional provisions)


In paragraph 1 of Schedule 3—
(a) omit the definition of “existing scheme rules”; and
(b) in the definition of “transition date”, in both sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), for “an existing scheme” substitute “the existing scheme”.
