# The Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 38: Amendment to paragraph 32 of Schedule 3 (Determination of final salary)


In paragraph 32 of Schedule 3—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1) after “TPR 2010” insert “and Schedule 7 to the Act”; and
(b) for “TPR 2010”, where it occurs, substitute “the existing scheme regulations”.
