Regulation 47 Amendment to paragraph 45 of Schedule 3 (Application for payment of a death out of service grant)

In paragraph 45 of Schedule 3—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (1) insert “regulations”; and

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (2) insert “, other than any lump sum already recovered”.
