# The Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 12: Amendment to paragraph 52 (Transfer payments in respect of the existing scheme) of Schedule 3


At the end of paragraph 52 of Schedule 3 insert “in respect of which pension benefits have not been taken”.
