Regulation 7 Amendment to paragraph 34 of Schedule 3 (Application for payment of age retirement pension)

In paragraph 34 of Schedule 3, in sub-paragraph (2), after “normal pension age under this scheme” insert “and who has ceased being in pensionable service in this scheme”.
