  "text": "For the purpose of this Part—\n(a) “P's automatic enrolment date” is the date on which section 3 of PA 2008 applies to a person (P) in relation to P's eligible employment; and\n(b) “P's automatic re-enrolment date” is a date determined under regulation 12 of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010 in relation to P's eligible employment.",
