# The Teachers' Pension Scheme Regulations 2014, Regulation 169: Amount of lump sum payable under regulation 168


The amount of a lump sum payable to a person (P) under regulation 168 must—
(a) be a multiple of £12; and
(b) not exceed P's permitted maximum.
