  "text": "(1) These Regulations establish a scheme for the payment of pensions and other benefits to or in respect of teachers in England and Wales.\n(2) For the purpose of these Regulations, a person in an eligible employment is a teacher.\n(3) This scheme is to be known as the Teachers' Pension Scheme 2015.",
