Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Pensions (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 2nd October 2000.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997f1.
