  "text": "In Schedule 1—\n(a) after the definition of “Average salary” there shall be inserted—\n“\n“Back period”\nConstrue in accordance with regulation B1(8).\n”;\n(b) after the definition of “Credited service” there shall be inserted—\n“\n“Education Action Forum”\nA body corporate such as is referred to in section 11 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.\n”; and\n(c) after the definition of “Effective reckonable service” there shall be inserted—\n“\n“Employer” (in the context of a person employed in or in connection with a school maintained by a local education authority)\nConstrue in accordance with regulation A3.\n”.",
