Regulation 6 Amendment of Principal Regulations

In regulation C18—

(a)

after paragraph (4) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(4A)

Any sum which is due under regulation C3A(2)(a) is to be paid to the Secretary of State on receipt of a written demand (without prejudice to the obligation to pay the interest referred to in regulation C3A(2)(b)).”; and

(b)

in paragraph (6) after “due under regulation” there shall be inserted “C3A”.
