# The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 16: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In regulation E3 after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following paragraph–
“(2A) If the person was in pensionable employment by virtue of regulation B7, any period of 1 year in such employment is an appropriate qualifying period.”.
