# The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 25: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In regulation E20–
(a) at the end of paragraph (1)(c) there shall be inserted the word “or ”, and
(b) after paragraph (1)(c) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph–
“(d) was on unpaid maternity leave or parental leave,”.
